Write It out!
Many times relieving stress and getting things off your mind is as easy as writing them onto a piece of paper. If your stressed out about someone, something, anything really; then write out your thoughts. This is especially effective when getting over a break up with a special person. Don't worry about anything except writing exactly what comes to your mind about that person, good or bad. Getting it out of paper will relieve the stress and relax you while you get to know exactly how you feel about this person. Once you've written it all out, throw it away, burn it,just get rid of it! you expressed your feelings, take a sense of peace for yourself and move on. This will never substitute for honest, communication between two people. But it will help!

Trust: Relationship Maker of BReaker
One of the most important parts of a relationship can be trust. If there is mutual trust in the relationship, it becomes more solid and sturdy, like the cement mixing in a truck. Trust leads to your relationship becoming more concrete. However, if you take trust out of the realtionship, then it can crumble and fall apart even though it's only missing one ingredient.
Now you as yourself, if its that simple, why can't everyone do it? That question has a simple answer: not everyone can be trusting or trustworthy.
This lack of trust can come from any number of issues, past relationships, bad childhood, etc. Whatever the reason, lack of trust is one of the leading reasons why relationships dissolve. So to keep this from happening here are a few tips for you to keep your trust concrete and solid as a brick.
- Don't let the past taint the present. Classic mistake for lots of people. Just because a past ex cheated doesnt mean this significant other will. Many people take perfectly normal social interaction or phone calls and misconstrue it into something its not.
- Communicate. Paramount in all realtionships but it goes hand in hand with trust. If you know someone is going to be honest with you, you are much more willing to trust that person in any situation.
- TRUST your instincts. This is big. Any relationship demands trust but if you have a feeling something seems one way or is another, go with it. Most often your first impression is right. Dont second guess yourself. Dont jump on every action, but to trust anyone else you have to trust yourself first.
- Learn to completely. If you cant take a person at their word, especially your other, dont waste your time. There is a reason your in this relationship in the first place, learn to trust your other in all situations and resolve not to be judgemental.
I hope some of these tips helped and I'll talk to you again soon!

WHo knows whats best for you?? You do.
Just a quick thought about so many people seeking advice. Ive had some e-mails recently from people asking whats the best advice you can give someone about relationships. Apart from working at it, like anything else in life, the answer to your problems can often be inside not elsewhere. Looking for advice from every different corner of the globe can confuse you and put you at a loss. Taking some time to get in touch with yourself and your instincts about whats best for you can put you on the path to success. So dont always take someones word for it, be introspective take into account what you want for yourself. Like the Stones said you cant always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you might find, you get what you need.

Just a Thought..
Was just thinking after I threw down on that last post. There are so many places to get advice and people telling you what to do. I think If your just coming out of a relationship and are feeling lost the best thing that you can do is do something for yourself. What? Thats right something you enjoy, something you have been wanting to do, get back to your roots. Get back to what makes you happy and makes you smile. When your feeling vulnerable or your just hurting, that is an ABSOLUTELY perfect time just to spoil yourself dirty. Get some friends together you havent seen in awhile, go get some drinks, go skydiving, test drive a crazy sportscar you have absolutely no intention of buying whatsoever. Sounds crazy, but doing this will not only take your mind of things but will also help you realize you bring a lot to the table and you wont be down for long. Get off your butt and go do something, anything fun. Indulge.
Get your ex back!
Quite the popular topic I must say. EVeryone wants to recapture that magic, those smiles, those moments, its natural to want something back that once made you so comfortable. Also any time you dont have something or perceive that you cant have it, your naturally going to want it more. So how do you get your ex back? Is there an exact science. Six magic words and a rub of a genie bottle that will make it happen?? Hardly. Here is a question to ponder:
How would you eat a giant chocolate elephant (or any other sweet of your choice)?? Sounds silly but the answer is simple : one bite at a time. This is the same way to get your ex back. Bit by bit. Little by little. This is how you have to think about it to achieve your goal. If you just want the lust and heat that goes with any new encounter or person go for it, you can find that anywhere. But if you want that special thing that makes you explode with joy one time and hurt others, you gotta work at. Bit by bit??? Thats pretty weak info your saying to yourself. Well here you are. I'll give you some food for thought.
-What made you two smile, and what made you two laugh? Those things are KEY. Listen closely here ladies and gentlemen, KEY to your relationship. If you can make somebody laugh then you can make them do anything.
-Why did the relationship end? Avoid this subject to begin with. You need to establish the fact that your going to be there regardless, not just to be with them, yet.
-Give them a reason to help you. It can be something minute. An outfit or dressing for your ex-girlfriend or building something or installing electronics for an ex-boyfriend (just examples). Everyone wants to feel needed, that will help re-establish and strengthen an already existing bond between you both.
-Lastly, LAUGH. Be happy, enjoy yourself. I cant explain to you how important this is. Even if you have to put it on a little, anyone who seems to be happy and enjoying themselves is automatically more attractive no matter the situation.
