Trust: Relationship Maker of BReaker

One of the most important parts of a relationship can be trust. If there is mutual trust in the relationship, it becomes more solid and sturdy, like the cement mixing in a truck. Trust leads to your relationship becoming more concrete. However, if you take trust out of the realtionship, then it can crumble and fall apart even though it's only missing one ingredient.
Now you as yourself, if its that simple, why can't everyone do it? That question has a simple answer: not everyone can be trusting or trustworthy.

This lack of trust can come from any number of issues, past relationships, bad childhood, etc. Whatever the reason, lack of trust is one of the leading reasons why relationships dissolve. So to keep this from happening here are a few tips for you to keep your trust concrete and solid as a brick.

- Don't let the past taint the present. Classic mistake for lots of people. Just because a past ex cheated doesnt mean this significant other will. Many people take perfectly normal social interaction or phone calls and misconstrue it into something its not.
- Communicate. Paramount in all realtionships but it goes hand in hand with trust. If you know someone is going to be honest with you, you are much more willing to trust that person in any situation.
- TRUST your instincts. This is big. Any relationship demands trust but if you have a feeling something seems one way or is another, go with it. Most often your first impression is right. Dont second guess yourself. Dont jump on every action, but to trust anyone else you have to trust yourself first.
- Learn to completely. If you cant take a person at their word, especially your other, dont waste your time. There is a reason your in this relationship in the first place, learn to trust your other in all situations and resolve not to be judgemental.

I hope some of these tips helped and I'll talk to you again soon!
